As an electrical engineer with 11+ years of leadership experience, I understand the unique challenges technical professionals face when transitioning into leadership roles. Most engineering degrees don’t prepare you for leading people—but that’s exactly where your career growth lies.
I’ve personally navigated this transition multiple times, leading teams in automated test industries, mentoring over 100 engineers, and managing multi-million dollar programs. My approach combines engineering precision with proven leadership methodologies to help you build systems that work.
