These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of coaching, workshops, presentations, speaking engagements, online courses, and related services (“Services”) provided by The Leadership Mark (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to follow these Terms.
Eligibility
Our services are intended for individuals age 18 or older who are legally able and willing to pay for professional development. By booking or participating, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
Bookings and Payments
- Advance payment or deposit is preferred, but may not be required for all services.
- Accepted payment methods may include credit card, ACH, check, PayPal, or other standard payment processors.
- Payment terms and deadlines will be communicated at time of booking.
Cancellation and Refunds
- Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the scheduled service receive a full refund.
- Cancellations within 14 days may receive a partial refund or credit, at our discretion.
- No-shows or cancellations within 72 hours may not be eligible for a refund.
- Rescheduling may be offered at our discretion.
Participation Requirements
- Participants must adhere to a professional code of conduct and specified dress code.
- Access to relevant technology (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, MS Teams), accounts, and reliable internet is required for virtual sessions.
- We reserve the right to remove individuals who violate participation standards.
Content Rights
- All materials, slides, recordings, and content delivered remain our intellectual property.
- Attendees may use materials for personal reference only and may not redistribute, resell, or publicly share without our permission.
- Testimonials or feedback may be used in promotional materials, with your consent.
Results Disclaimer
We do not guarantee specific outcomes. Results depend on individual effort and engagement. Services are provided “as is,” and we disclaim responsibility for personal or business outcomes.
Changes to Services and Terms
Our services, fees, and these Terms may change at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and are effective immediately upon posting.
User-Submitted Content
We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove any user-submitted content (such as feedback, testimonials, or material posted in forums) at our sole discretion.
Limitation of Liability and Dispute Resolution
- Liability for any claims is limited to the amount paid for the service(s) in question.
- All services are provided “as is” without warranties.
- Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
- Parties agree to good-faith efforts to resolve disputes through mediation prior to litigation.
